Help us improve how organizations understand workplace performance.
We are recruiting participants for a research study on the competencies that drive effectiveness at work across different ways of thinking.
Too often, workplace expectations are built around a narrow model of performance. This study is part of a broader effort to better understand how both autistic and non-autistic employees contribute, and how organizations can design environments that make better use of that diversity.
Who we’re looking for:
Autistic and non-autistic adults aged 18+ who are currently working full-time, part-time, or occasionally.
What’s involved:
A one-time online survey that takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Why it matters:
Your input will help shape a more evidence-based understanding of workplace competencies and support more inclusive organizational practices.
