The Empowering Connections National Support Line offers supportive connection during times of emotional strain. Individuals can connect by phone, chat, Zoom, or email with trained Neurodivergent Navigators who bring lived experience and understanding.
Who It's For
For Autistic and Neurodivergent people seeking connection or help navigating resources. This is not a crisis service, and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical, legal, or psychiatric advice.
