Caregiver Connect Peer Group Session
Autism Canada’s Caregiver Connect program offers a warm, welcoming space for caregivers of Autistic children, youth, and young adults, including parents, spouses, and siblings. Connect, share experiences, and feel truly understood.
Each free 1.5-hour session is facilitated by trained Peer Support Volunteers and intentionally kept small, just six participants per group to foster meaningful conversation and connection. Pre-registration is required, and all caregivers are welcome.
Please note:
These groups are led by trained volunteers who are here to listen, support, and create a caring community where caregivers feel heard and valued. This space is for sharing and connection only, professional advice or opinions are not provided. If you are in crisis, or feeling unsafe, please contact a crisis support line or emergency services in your area immediately.
